Delete your account

The short version. Sign in to the app and open Delete account (also under Plan & usage in the menu). Type DELETE to confirm and your account and data are deleted right away. It can't be undone.
How to delete your account
- Go to app.openstreamtools.com/delete-account and sign in with the account you want to delete.
- The page shows what your account holds: projects, connected accounts, scheduled posts, clip searches.
- Type DELETE and press Delete my account.
Can't sign in any more? Email privacy@openstreamtools.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
What's deleted
- Your account and profile: name, email and sign-in.
- Your projects, in every team, and the caption styles and templates you saved.
- Your own team with everything in it: its projects, its connected TikTok, YouTube and Instagram accounts (we revoke our access at each platform and delete the tokens) and its scheduled posts, including videos waiting to be posted.
- Your clip searches and their transcripts.
- Your place in teams you joined.
What isn't
- Your video files. They were never uploaded to us; they stay on your computer.
- Videos already posted to TikTok, YouTube or Instagram. They're on your accounts there; delete them on the platform.
- Posts you scheduled in someone else's team. They belong to that team.
- Feedback and feature requests you sent, without your name.
- Billing records, if you paid, for 7 years, as tax law requires.
